Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only where legally permitted. Household owners, adult members, guardians, and managed profiles have different permissions. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant neoLEGALAi LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, index, transform for compatibility, retrieve, and deliver that content as part of the service. You must have the rights and authority needed to upload and share it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, infringe rights, upload unlawful material, interfere with others, reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited, or use automated means in a way that harms service availability or security.
AI limitations
AI-generated responses and classifications may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Review important outputs before relying on them. Neo Aevora does not infer permission from model output or from content contained in an uploaded file.
Subscriptions and storage
Before paid plans launch, applicable prices, renewal terms, storage allowances, cancellation rights, refund terms, and taxes will be presented during purchase. Payment-confirmed backend events—not a browser redirect alone—control paid access and entitlements.
Availability and termination
Features may change as the service develops. Access may be limited to protect people, content, the service, or legal rights. You may stop using Neo Aevora; account closure and export options will be described in the service, subject to retention required for security, disputes, backups, or law.
Ownership and notices
Neo Aevora is a product of neoLEGALAi LLC. The service, branding, software, and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No patent status is represented unless separately confirmed in an official notice.
Additional terms
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, dispute procedures, contact details, and any jurisdiction-specific consumer terms will be finalized and presented before general paid availability. If those terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law controls.
