Data Usage
This notice explains how Neo Aevora uses authorized content to provide search, organization, playback, and AI-assisted experiences.
Last updated September 20, 2026
Your content remains your content
Uploaded originals are preserved separately from thumbnails, compatible previews, extracted metadata, and other service-generated copies. Neo Aevora does not treat lyrics, imported text, or model output as verified facts about a person.
AI-assisted features
When you ask Neo Aevora a question or request classification, relevant authorized information may be sent to contracted AI providers to produce that result. Imported content is treated as data, never as instructions or permission. Model output cannot authorize access, sharing, deletion, or playback.
Memory and meaning
Neo Aevora distinguishes information you explicitly provided, content found in a file, and an inference. Saved memories can be reviewed, corrected, or forgotten. Personal meaning notes remain governed by the same profile and sharing controls as the related media.
Connected services and devices
External services are accessed only after connection and within the permissions presented. Imports are previewed where supported. Shared devices receive only approved media, and playback is reported as active only after the receiving device confirms it.
Service operation
Technical logs, content hashes, storage totals, and usage measurements may be processed for duplicate detection, transfer recovery, quota enforcement, security, troubleshooting, and billing. A content hash identifies matching bytes and is not a replacement for the original file.
Training and future changes
Neo Aevora will not describe private household content as being used to train general-purpose models unless that use is clearly disclosed and an appropriate choice is provided. Any materially different use will require an updated notice before it begins.
