Neo Aevora is designed as a private family concierge and archive. This policy explains the information the service uses and the choices available to account holders and profiles.

Information we process
We process account and household details, profile settings, conversations, uploaded media and documents, metadata, notes, device and connection records, and service activity needed to provide Neo Aevora. Payment providers process billing details when paid plans become available; Neo Aevora does not need to store complete payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, maintain household and profile permissions, store and retrieve authorized content, provide AI-assisted features, operate playback and connected services, enforce storage limits, prevent abuse, support users, and improve reliability.
Family profiles and sharing
A household account and an active profile are different. Content is available only according to its owner, household membership, guardian permissions, and explicit sharing choices. Owning or paying for a household does not automatically grant access to another adult profile’s private content.
Service providers
Carefully selected infrastructure, AI, storage, connection, email, and payment providers may process only the information needed to perform their service. Their own terms may also apply when you choose to connect an external service.
Retention and control
You can review, correct, or remove saved memories and manage uploaded content subject to account, safety, legal, backup, and billing requirements. Temporary conversations follow the retention behavior shown in the product. Disconnecting a service stops future access but does not automatically remove content you previously imported.
Security and children
Neo Aevora uses access controls and private-file delivery designed to protect household information. No online service can promise absolute security. Child profiles must be created and managed by an authorized parent or guardian and are subject to guardian controls.
Contact and changes
Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the support contact made available in the service. Additional notices may apply before paid public launch or in particular jurisdictions.
